What if I am dissatisfied?
If you are dissatisfied with our services (the platform, the consultations with a psychologist or other components), of course we would like to hear from you.
Always discuss your dissatisfaction first with the psychologist you are in contact with. Together we can then see if a solution can be reached.
If this does not bring a solution, you can submit your complaint in writing. In order to handle your complaints carefully and independently, we use the independent complaints procedure of Erisietsmisgegaan.nl.
