As a referrer, you want quick clarity, effective care, and a reliable partner. The Mental Move offers customized curative care programs, with no waiting time and structured coordination. This way, we work together to ensure sustainable recovery and rapid reintegration.
In 3 steps to appropriate care
1. Registration
As an occupational health physician, HR professional, or manager, you can easily register an employee for a care or coaching program. A referral from a general practitioner is not required.

2. Research & Advice
During the intake interview, we carefully map out the employee’s complaints, context, and goals. We consider their work and personal situation, performance, resilience, and mental resilience.
After the intake interview:
- Both the employee and the referrer receive a suitable treatment proposal.
- We offer transparent insight into the approach, duration, and method.
- The program is always customized and can be completed online, in-person, or hybrid.
3. Treatment or coaching
Our psychologists use proven, effective methods. Employees also have access to The Mental Move’s digital self-help platform, with workshops, videos, and modules they can use between sessions. They can also contact the psychologist via chat.

We believe in strong collaboration. Throughout the process, we ensure consistent coordination, always in consultation with the employee:
- Start: Contact with the supervisor
- Mid-term: Meeting about progress and employability with employee, supervisor and psychologist
- End: Final report with clear recommendations for returning to work and aftercare
