For referrers
Do you work as an occupational health physician, task delegate, or case manager? Then you know the significant impact of mental health issues on the workplace. And how frustrating it is to have to refer employees to an overburdened mental healthcare system.
At The Mental Move, we offer accessible professional care that starts quickly, is measurably effective, and fits the work context.
A distinctive offering
At The Mental Move, employees don't have to wait long: we offer an initial consultation within a few days. This prevents symptoms from worsening and increases the chance of recovery and job retention.
We offer a one-stop shop with proven effective programs and dedicated professionals. No fragmentation, but clarity and quality - to make sure employees quickly receive the right help.
We believe that work contributes to well-being. That's why returning to work is our priority, in close coordination with both employee and employer. Together, we ensure sustainable recovery.
Reintegration is more than just returning to the workplace. We support employees and teams in restoring a healthy work environment, to make sure that workload becomes manageable again.
Recovery at The Mental Move means regaining control over both life and work. We help people not only reduce symptoms but also bounce back stronger – with renewed confidence and resilience.
Our approach
Proven methods & results
We assess each client’s level of symptoms using the SQ-48, a validated questionnaire. Our treatment methods are evidence-based and effective:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Effective for anxiety, depression, and burnout, among other things. Improvement rates: 80-100%.
- EMDR: For processing trauma and traumatic events.
- ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy): For learning to cope with stress, uncertainty, and inner conflict.
- EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): Focused on strengthening emotional resilience and relationships.
Specializing in current life issues
In addition to our extensive experience treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, burnout, and trauma, our psychologists have specialized in specific issues that deserve extra attention during this time.
We offer targeted guidance for stress and burnout, grief and loss, menopause, and challenges faced by young adults (Gen Z)—such as performance pressure, perfectionism, and identity questions.
