How does scheduling a helpdesk session work?

  1. Open the prevention platform using the link you received from your employer or within Teams (if available within your organization).
  2. Go to “Helpdesk.
  3. Choose either the Mental Helpdesk or the Lifestyle Helpdesk.
  4. Make the choice of a “1st consultation” or a “follow-up consultation.
  5. Choose a date and time and you will immediately receive an invitation to put in your calendar.
