At The Mental Move, we are committed to the mental vitality of employees within organizations every day. But to really make an impact, we don’t just listen to the numbers, but also to the people who work with our program. That’s why we like to share the results of our customer satisfaction survey with you, so we can grow and develop together.
A high rating, with room for growth
Our customers gave us an average of 8,5 on a scale of 10, when asked how satisfied they are with our services. A great score, indicating that our approach is highly appreciated. But we want to look beyond just numbers. That’s why we also asked: What can we improve to make your experience with us even better?
What our customers need
Several key themes emerged from the responses:
- There are no areas for improvement. For example, most clients indicated that all expectations are met, that we tailor the prevention program well to the needs of the organization, and that they receive positive feedback from employees.
- Workshops at flexible times. Some clients indicate a need for evening sessions so that a broader group of employees can participate. We immediately implemented this in our workshop calendar.
- Share best practices at other organizations. HR employees express a need for contact with peers and to exchange experiences. A wonderful idea that we would love to hear! Stay tuned…
We take these insights seriously and convert them directly into action. We think not only about the content, but also about how organizations can put this into practice and activate it successfully.
From satisfied customers to ambassadors
We also asked clients if they would recommend The Mental Move to a fellow professional. The answer? Everyone says a resounding yes. And why? Because our approach adds something and helps put mental well-being structurally on the agenda. One client put it nicely: “It sends a signal to colleagues that you consider mental well-being important as an employer and ensures that employees work on their vitality in an approachable way.” In addition, the personal contact, the positive experiences of employees and the fine partnership were given as reasons for the recommendations.
How are you utilizing feedback within your organization?
As an HR professional, you know how important it is to listen to employees. Feedback is an opportunity to enhance work happiness and vitality within your organization. A few questions to think about:
- How do you measure employee satisfaction and mental resilience?
- What happens to the signals you pick up – do they turn into action?
- How do you help executives have an open conversation about mental wellness?
Want to spar about how The Mental Move can support this? Strengthening mental vitality starts with listening – and then doing. We love to help you turn your insights into action!
